Description:
The KCC 500 can be equipped to suit specific customer needs and can be used to cater for up to 500 people a day. The system is especially suitable for large-scale deployment even in extreme climatic conditions, when hundreds of personnel need to be catered for over longer periods. The KCC 500 can easily be extended by adding a tent or additional containers, for the catering of up to 800 people. During transport all system components are safely stored in the 20‘ container, so the system can be set up and dismantled quickly and easily. The KCC 500 and its integrated modules achieve hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP principles and permit convenient cleaning while at the same time being thorough and saving both time and resources. The cooking modules are suitable for deployment scenarios around the world and can also be used indoors (special components required).
