Description:

The RadEye G is a personal radiation detector that measures gamma dose and dose rate. Product Details Thermo Fisher’s RadEye G is based on an energy compensated GM chamber, and is truly pocket sized, so it can be worn or carried. Reasonably rugged, it detects across a full range of gamma doses and dose rates. It detects up to 10 R/hr, which is well above the upper limit of many scintillator-based devices. As a fast acting GM detector, this unit is reasonably useful in a variety of monitoring and searching functions. Maintenance Minimal. Periodic replacement of AAA batteries.
