The main purpose of its application is to check and control the environment. The TVS-3 MLU functions as a high quality, reliable device to monitor the meteorological parameters and the concentration of industrial and other dangerous gasses in the air at the scene of an accident or at any temporary monitoring stations. The major goal of its development was to create a reliable, automatic device that is capable of continuous and independent monitoring of an observed area helping the prompt evaluation of a current situation and the determination of the spreading of environment polluting materials with the knowledge of meteorological parameters.
